All information provided by the customer will be dealt with in a confidential manner with respect to our privacy policy. No information will be willingly passed on to any 3rd parties outside of those listed in our privacy policy. Payments are made via Paypal, a secure, trusted global payment system.
Prices may be subject to change at any time due to varying factors.
All prices referenced in listings refer to GBP (£). To avoid any confusion, please use a reliable currency converter if you are planning to make a payment using a different currency.
Shipping & Delivery Expectations
All orders are shipped once payment is received and an order confirmation email has been sent to the customer. Once a confirmation email has been sent, your order will be processed within 48 hours. Once an order has been processed by ourselves you will receive an email confirming that your order is complete pending delivery. A third follow up email containing the relevant tracking reference will also be issued.
All fine art prints are securely packaged with protective materials and shipped in tubes to ensure that you receive your item in good condition.
We do not issue refunds once orders have been dispatched, so please use the contact form if you have any questions that need addressing before ordering.
All items shipped within the UK include free delivery via Royal Mail Signature Required Delivery. All deliveries must be signed for.
UK – Up to 5 working days
Offshore UK Territories – Up to 7-10 working days
International Deliveries – Please allow up to 21 days
International couriers used are Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, DPD, UPS, Fed Ex and ParcelForce.
Please be mindful that all custom fees relevant to the country that the artwork is destined for are the sole responsibility of the customer themselves.
